I started my day at Roseville California with my wife and child at Golfland Sunsplash, a gigantic waterpark also with a fun miniature golf course. The waterpark is a condensed area filled with what had to be about 25 different enticing slides stretching distances that seemed unreal. Also equipped with multiple pools, my favorite attraction had to be the monstrous wave pool. The waves generated are a whopping 75-100 feet wide. There’s even some extremely thrilling rides such as the “Double Dare,” where you alone climb seven stories to plummet into the water below you in a vertical drop. The “Thunder Falls” is another ride that starts at about seven stories high, this one spacing out to three drops into the water instead of just one. This ride also allows for a whole family. “Master Blaster” is another multiple-person ride that imitates a rollercoaster, sliding down five stories at about 40mph.
Inside King Ben’s Castle there are even more family and kid attractions including laser tag and hundreds of arcade games. Across the street from King Ben’s Castle you’ll find a go-kart speedway perfect for a competitive race with some friends. There is also plenty of food attractions such as Subway, an ice cream parlor, and also two restaurant areas named King’s Kitchen and Castaway Cove. All in all, my family thoroughly enjoyed our experience and reminisce the water park on occasion.
